This unique project is composed of only seven floor apartments, in the heart of Paphos with unique characteristics you haven't seen in the Paphos market before. We made one step forward to compile these features in one project.
Eco-Logic
This term has the following meaning; smart, sustainable, practical/functional house. The most important element regarding buildings is the design/architecture which besides the aesthetic appeal and practicality it also helps in sustainability which is a major issue in our days. Sustainability helps saving energy and consequently money by reducing electricity/power consumption i.e. from air-condition or heating and in conjunction with high thermal insulating materials we have an eco-logic house.

It is located near the Paphos Technical School roundabout - Kerkyras Street- adjacent to Dominos Pizza. This area in Paphos, is considered one of the most sought after locations in the whole Paphos area. It combines all you would want from a location; easy/quick access to the main motorway Paphos-Limassol, easy/quick access to the centre of Paphos-without getting into high traffic-, quite area-suitable for residential use. On the top of that you get a panoramic view of the town with a sea background!
